1986- Established the factory in Tainan, Taiwan
Invested capital US$300,000. Main business was manufacturing and supplied the
radiator cores to Yue-Loong Motor Co.,Ltd. They are a subsidiary of Nissan Motor
Co.,
 

1988-Increases the invest capital to US$500,000. And started to developed the equipments
of radiator's manufacturing.
 

1989-Developed first one fin making machine and first one tube forming machine. Promoting
these new products in Taiwan car radiator market. Annual selling amount about US$
1,200,000. Development for other equipment of radiator and heat exchanger was
continuous moving up.
 

1991-Biult up a new factory in Kaohsiung ,Taiwan and removed whole factory to new
location. Started to develop the export business in South-East Asia.
 

1996-Annual selling amount increased 80% during past 5 years.
1996's amount was US$2,180,000. 70% for South-East Asia market, 30% for local
market.
 

2005- Started to manufacture aluminum radiator machines.
 

1996~now-100% export.
